Mounjaro Code for Second Order (October 2026)

For your second Mounjaro order, the code is DOSE25, worth £25 off the standard price, and it applies automatically to every future order. It is separate from the new-customer code (FIRST40), which only covers your first order. Your second order is a repeat order, so suitability is re-checked by a prescriber before it is dispatched. Prices checked 26 October 2026.

A quick overview

What to know
before you start.

  • Your second order is £25 off the standard price of the dose you are prescribed, and the same applies to every order after it.
  • The reorder discount applies automatically; the code is DOSE25 if you are asked for it.
  • The new-customer code FIRST40 is for first orders only and is not used again on your second.
  • Repeat orders re-check suitability and are never auto-shipped, so there is no subscription to cancel.
  • Use only a pharmacy you can verify on the GPhC register; fake pens are a real risk with 'too good to be true' offers.
In this guide

01 · The code

What is the Mounjaro code for a second order?

The reorder discount is £25 off the standard price of your pen, with code DOSE25. It is built to apply automatically, so most customers do not need to type anything in. If your basket asks for a code, use the one shown here.

It works on any dose. Whether your second pen is 2.5mg again or a step up, the same reduction comes off that dose's standard price. You can see every dose on the Mounjaro pen product page, where the standard prices are shown live and were last checked 26 October 2026.

Our first-order discount works differently. A new customer gets £40 off their first order at any dose with code FIRST40. That code is for the first order only. From the second order onwards, the reorder discount takes over. If you want the detail on the first-order side, see our guide to the first order code.

02 · First vs repeat

First order discount vs second order discount

The two discounts apply at different stages and never overlap.

Because the discount comes off the standard price of the dose, the ongoing monthly cost at any dose is simply that dose's standard price minus £25. Those standard prices, from the 2.5mg starter at £169.99 up to the 15mg pen at £299.99, are the figures to start from.

03 · Planning

What a second order costs, and what a year costs

Your second pen is priced at the standard price for the dose you are prescribed, less £25. The 2.5mg pen is £169.99 at standard price and the 5mg pen is £189.99. Many people move from 2.5mg to 5mg for the second pen, but your prescriber decides the dose, not the discount.

For planning, these multi-pen totals are at standard prices, before any discount:

PhaseLengthPensStandard-price total
First year, settling at 5mg52 weeks13£2,399.88
First year, settling at 15mg52 weeks13£3,279.88

A new customer's first order is £40 less than standard, and every later order is £25 less. So the real cost over a year is lower than these standard-price totals. For a maintenance dose between those two, use that dose's monthly price: £244.99 for 7.5mg, £274.99 for 10mg or £289.99 for 12.5mg.

Across the UK pharmacies we track, a Mounjaro pen ranged from £143.96 to £319.99 per month across all doses as of 26 October 2026. The smallest gap between providers for the same dose was £20 and the largest was £36.03. That is why it is worth comparing the full price for your dose, not only the headline discount.

04 · Reorder and consultation

What happens when you place a second order

A second order is a repeat order, and each repeat order re-checks that Mounjaro is still suitable for you. There is no auto-shipping and no subscription. You choose when to order, and nothing is sent without your say-so.

The steps follow the same pattern as your first order:

  • Free online consultation. A short health questionnaire, with no charge and no obligation. For a repeat order it covers how treatment is going and any changes in your health or medicines.
  • Prescriber review. Your answers are reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber, not a scoring script. Payment is taken when you place the order; if the prescriber decides the treatment is not suitable, the order is refunded automatically in full.
  • Dispensing and dispatch. Your pen is dispensed by our registered pharmacy. Orders placed by 3pm are dispatched the same day.
  • Delivery. Free next-day tracked delivery in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging. Saturday delivery is £14.99.

You can start the process on our free consultation page. The consultation is free, and the price shown is the price paid, with no hidden fees.

Before each new pen, it helps to have the patient information leaflet to hand. The leaflet is the reference for how to use the KwikPen, and your pharmacy and prescriber can answer questions about it.13 Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by email at support@everydaymeds.co.uk, through the account portal chat or by phone on 0333 207 0413.

05 · When to place it

When should you place your second order?

Place your second order a few days before your current pen runs out, so the next one arrives without a gap. Each Mounjaro KwikPen is designed and licensed to deliver exactly four weekly doses, so a pen lasts four weeks.1 Count your doses, not calendar months, and work out which dose will be your last.

With free next-day tracked delivery and same-day dispatch for orders placed by 3pm, a gap is easy to avoid if you order a little ahead. Ordering well ahead of that is a different question, which we cover in our guide on whether you can order Mounjaro early. If you are planning the step from your first pen to your next, the page on how to order the second dose of Mounjaro walks through it, and our explainer on the second dose covers what changes.

Your prescriber decides the dose, and dosing information sits in the product information and the BNF.11 The pharmacy discount does not change the dose. If you want to see how the six strengths line up, read our overview of Mounjaro doses in order. All six doses are in stock as of October 2026.

06 · Saving without stretching

Saving money safely on repeat orders

The safe way to lower your cost is the reorder discount, together with comparing the price for your dose. Cutting corners with the pen itself is not a safe saving.

If side effects worry you, tell the prescribing team at your monthly review. If you notice a new symptom, report it to your prescriber and consider reporting it through the Yellow Card scheme.7 Serious side effects are uncommon but need urgent attention. Seek immediate medical help for: severe, persistent stomach pain that may spread to your back, with or without vomiting (possible pancreatitis); pain in the upper right abdomen, fever or yellowing of skin or eyes (possible gallbladder problems); or signs of a severe allergic reaction such as swelling of the face or throat and difficulty breathing. If you take insulin or a sulfonylurea alongside Mounjaro, watch for low blood sugar (shakiness, sweating, confusion) — your prescriber may need to adjust those medicines.

07 · Fake codes and pens

Beware fake offers and counterfeit pens

If a second-order offer seems too good to be true, check the seller before you pay. The MHRA has seized thousands of fake weight-loss pens in the UK and has issued alerts after falsified Mounjaro pens were identified. Fake pens have caused hospitalisations, and some contained insulin rather than tirzepatide.7

Only buy from a pharmacy you can verify on the GPhC register, never from social media, beauty salons or unverified websites. Genuine treatment always involves a prescription and a clinical consultation.12 Our registration is GPhC 9012878, and you can check our entry on the GPhC register. Any seller offering to supply without a consultation or prescription is not operating as a regulated UK pharmacy, whatever discount they advertise.

Genuine Mounjaro is manufactured by Eli Lilly. UK stock is supplied through Lilly's official distribution to licensed pharmacies, and every pen carries a batch number and expiry date that can be checked. Ours is sourced through official LillyDirect supply.

08 · Checking your pen

What to check when your second pen arrives

Check the pen before you inject: a genuine UK pen comes from a registered pharmacy with a batch number and expiry date, and arrives cold-chain packaged. The solution inside should be clear and colourless.

Do not use a pen that has been frozen, looks cloudy or discoloured, has particles in it, is past its expiry, has been above 30°C, or has been out of the fridge for more than 30 days in use. If supply or packaging ever seems wrong, check the pharmacy on the GPhC register and contact the pharmacy before injecting.13

Store unopened pens in the fridge until first use; they keep until the printed expiry date. For any other storage question, follow the patient information leaflet and ask the pharmacy.1 Needles, a sharps bin and injection guidance are included with every order.

09 · Who it is for

Who Mounjaro is for, and why repeat reviews matter

Mounjaro is licensed for weight management in adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or a BMI between 27 and 30 with at least one weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obstructive sleep apnoea, cardiovascular disease, prediabetes or type 2 diabetes. It must be used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. A prescriber will assess your BMI, medical history and current medicines before deciding whether it is suitable for you.1

That is why repeat orders are reviewed, not simply processed. Your health, other medicines and response can change between pens. Ongoing monthly reviews, dose titration and follow-up assessments by the prescribing team are part of the service, along with side-effect support.

On results, the SURMOUNT-1 trial of 2,539 adults found that people taking tirzepatide alongside diet and exercise lost on average 15% of their body weight on 5mg, 19.5% on 10mg and 20.9% on 15mg over 72 weeks, compared with 3.1% with lifestyle changes alone. These are trial averages, and individual results vary. For someone starting at 100 kg, 20.9% is about 21 kg.2 A discount does not change how the medicine works, and trial averages do not predict your own result.

You can read more about our range on the weight loss treatments overview, or go to our main page to buy Mounjaro.

10 · NHS or private

NHS or private: where the second-order discount fits

Mounjaro is available on the NHS, but access is being phased in over several years. NICE recommends it for adults with a BMI of at least 35 plus at least one weight-related condition. The NHS primary-care rollout began in June 2025 with the highest-need groups first, initially BMI 40+ with four or more qualifying conditions.46 Full rollout is expected to take years, which is why many people who meet the licensed criteria choose regulated private treatment rather than waiting.

The NHS prescription charge in England is £9.90 per item, but it applies only if you are prescribed treatment through the NHS. Private treatment is priced per pen, which is where the reorder discount helps. If you are eligible for NHS treatment, ask your GP. If you are using a private service, a repeat discount lowers each pen's cost without changing the clinical review.

How ordering works

How ordering works at EverydayMeds

Three steps, with our pharmacy team alongside you.

  1. EverydayMeds online consultation on a mobile phone

    Step 1: Online consultation — 5–10 minutes

Complete a confidential health questionnaire covering BMI, medical history and current medication. No payment is taken until you're approved.

  2. A clinician ready to review an online consultation

Step 2: Prescriber review — usually same day

A UK registered prescriber checks your suitability against the licensed criteria (BMI ≥30, or ≥27 with a weight-related condition) and contraindications, and confirms your starting dose.

  3. An EverydayMeds delivery box

    Step 3: Next-day tracked delivery

Dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy in temperature-controlled packaging with needles and a sharps bin included. Orders approved by 3pm for next-day tracked delivery.

Start your free consultation

Prescription and dispatch follow clinical approval. Confirm current delivery options when ordering.

Afterwards you're not on your own: dose-change reviews are built in before each step up, our pharmacist team is available for side-effect questions, and repeat orders re-check suitability rather than auto-shipping.

Your questions, answered

Mounjaro price UK — frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about Mounjaro prices, NHS access and ongoing treatment.

Ask our pharmacy team
Is there a Mounjaro code for a second order?
Yes. The reorder code is DOSE25, worth £25 off the standard price of your pen. It is designed to apply automatically to your second order and every later one, so you should not need to enter anything. Repeat orders are still reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber before they are approved and dispatched.
Can I use the first-order code again on my second order?
No. The new-customer code FIRST40 is for first orders only. From your second order onwards, the reorder discount of £25 off the standard price applies instead, with code DOSE25. The two do not overlap, so you will not need to look for a new first-order code.
Does the second-order discount apply to every dose?
Yes. The reorder discount is £25 off the standard price of the dose you are prescribed, whether that is 2.5mg or a higher strength. Your prescriber chooses the dose based on your review, not on the discount. Standard prices for every dose are shown on the product page and were checked 26 October 2026.
Do I need another consultation for my second order?
Yes. Each repeat order includes a short, free online consultation, which a GPhC-registered prescriber reviews to re-check that Mounjaro is still suitable for you. Nothing is auto-shipped. Payment is taken when you place the order; if the prescriber decides the treatment is not suitable, the order is refunded automatically in full.
How much does my second Mounjaro pen cost?
Your second pen costs the standard price for your dose minus £25. For example, the standard price is £169.99 for 2.5mg and £189.99 for 5mg, before the reorder discount. If you step up after 4 weeks on each dose, your first four pens (2.5mg to 10mg) cost £879.96 at standard prices. Prices were checked 26 October 2026.
When should I order my second pen?
Order a few days before your current pen runs out. Each KwikPen delivers four weekly doses, so count your doses rather than calendar months. Orders placed by 3pm are dispatched the same day, with free next-day tracked delivery. That makes it straightforward to avoid a gap in treatment.
How do I know a discount offer is genuine?
Check that the seller is on the GPhC register and that it requires a consultation and prescription. The MHRA has issued alerts about falsified Mounjaro pens, some containing insulin. Genuine pens carry a batch number and expiry date. Our GPhC registration number is 9012878, and you can check it on the register.
