At EveryDayMeds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding the return of products and the issuance of refunds.

1. Prescription Medicines

In accordance with UK regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on prescription-only medicines (POMs) or Pharmacy (P) medicines once they have been dispensed, unless:

  • The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was supplied in error or without your consent

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We may request photographs and batch numbers to assess the issue.

2. Non-Prescription and Non-Medicinal Products

You have the right to cancel and return non-prescription items (e.g., medical devices, supplements) within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned at your expense unless faulty

Please email us before returning any item so we can authorise the return and provide instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
  • We will confirm via email when your refund has been processed

4. Return Address

Do not return items to the pharmacy without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return address and handling instructions by email.
