EveryDayMeds is committed to ensuring that all medicines and products are delivered securely, discreetly, and on time. This Delivery Policy explains how we handle shipping, timeframes, packaging, and responsibilities.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

3. Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of clinical approval and payment confirmation. Dispatch times may be longer during weekends, bank holidays, or if additional clinical checks are required.

4. Delivery Partners

We use Royal Mail with tracking services and delivery confirmation. A signature may be required upon receipt of prescription items.

5. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice. You may be able to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot, depending on the courier’s terms.

6. Packaging and Discretion

  • All packages are delivered in plain, unbranded packaging
  • Medicine names are not visible on the outside
  • Tamper-evident seals are used for all prescription deliveries

7. Delivery Delays and Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date
  • We will investigate with the courier and may request supporting evidence (e.g., photos)
  • Replacements or refunds will be issued where appropriate
