A quick overview

What to know
before you start.

  • A legitimate online service needs a consultation reviewed by a prescriber before any GLP-1 injection is supplied.
  • Our consultation is free, and unsuitable orders are refunded automatically.
  • Delivery is free, next-day, tracked and temperature-controlled; same-day dispatch applies when you order by 3pm.
  • Anyone offering to supply without a consultation or prescription is not a safe source.
  • Check the pharmacy on the GPhC register before you order.
In this guide

01 · Getting started

How online prescribing and postal delivery work

You complete a short health questionnaire, a prescriber reviews it, and if approved the pharmacy dispenses and posts your pen.

  • Free online consultation: a short health questionnaire, no charge and no obligation.
  • Prescriber review: a GPhC-registered prescriber assesses you. Payment is taken when you place the order; if the prescriber decides the treatment is not suitable, the order is refunded automatically in full.
  • Dispensing and dispatch: our registered pharmacy dispenses, with same-day dispatch when ordered by 3pm.
  • Delivery: free next-day tracked delivery in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging. Saturday delivery is £14.99.

You can start your free consultation online. For a fuller look at the route, see our guide to a private prescription from an online doctor and our page on online doctors for weight loss injections.

02 · Cost

What it costs and what is included

The Mounjaro pen costs £169.99 per month at the 2.5mg starting dose. New customers save £40 on their first order at any dose with code FIRST40, and an automatic £25 reorder discount applies to every future order (code DOSE25). The consultation is free and the price shown is the price paid. Needles, a sharps bin and injection guidance come with every order, and monthly reviews continue after you start. If you step up after 4 weeks on each dose, your first four pens (2.5mg to 10mg) cost £959.96 at standard prices; a new customer's first order is £40 less and every later order £25 less.

03 · Safety

How to get GLP-1 online safely

Use a pharmacy you can find on the GPhC register; ours is registration 9012878. Be wary of anyone offering to supply without a consultation or prescription, as counterfeit pens are a recognised risk.7 We supply genuine KwikPens through official LillyDirect supply. Report any suspected side effect through the Yellow Card scheme.19

04 · Who is eligible

Who can be prescribed Mounjaro

Mounjaro is licensed for adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or between 27 and 30 with at least one weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obstructive sleep apnoea, cardiovascular disease, prediabetes or type 2 diabetes.1 It is used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. A prescriber assesses your BMI, medical history and current medicines before deciding.

Mounjaro is also available on the NHS, but access is being phased in over several years. NICE recommends it for adults with a BMI of at least 35 plus a weight-related condition, and the primary-care rollout began in June 2025 with the highest-need groups first.45 Many people who meet the licensed criteria choose regulated private treatment instead. See Mounjaro online doctor for more.

05 · What to expect after delivery

What happens when the pen arrives

Everyone starts on 2.5mg once a week, which lets your body adjust rather than driving weight loss. After at least 4 weeks the dose rises to 5mg, then in 2.5mg steps up to a maximum of 15mg, depending on response and tolerance.1 Each KwikPen holds four weekly doses and is injected under the skin on the same day each week.

Store pens in the fridge at 2–8°C and never freeze them. Once in use, a pen can be kept out of the fridge at a temperature not above 30°C for up to 30 days after first use, and must then be thrown away. Do not use a pen that has been above 30°C or frozen.13 In SURMOUNT-1, average loss over 72 weeks was 15% on 5mg and 20.9% on 15mg, against 3.1% with lifestyle changes alone. Trial averages do not predict your own result, and individual results vary.2

You can also read about buying GLP-1 injections online or prescription weight loss medications with online consultations. Mounjaro slows stomach emptying, which can reduce how well oral contraceptive pills are absorbed. The SmPC advises switching to a non-oral method, or adding a barrier method (such as condoms), for 4 weeks after starting Mounjaro and for 4 weeks after each dose increase. Mounjaro must not be used during pregnancy, and it should be stopped at least one month before trying to conceive. You should not take it if you are allergic to tirzepatide or any of its ingredients. Seek immediate medical help for severe, persistent stomach pain that may spread to your back, with or without vomiting (possible pancreatitis); pain in the upper right abdomen, fever or yellowing of skin or eyes (possible gallbladder problems); or signs of a severe allergic reaction such as swelling of the face or throat and difficulty breathing.

How ordering works

How ordering works at EverydayMeds

Three steps, with our pharmacy team alongside you.

  1. EverydayMeds online consultation on a mobile phone

    Step 1: Online consultation — 5–10 minutes

Complete a confidential health questionnaire covering BMI, medical history and current medication. No payment is taken until you're approved.

  2. A clinician ready to review an online consultation

Step 2: Prescriber review — usually same day

A UK registered prescriber checks your suitability against the licensed criteria (BMI ≥30, or ≥27 with a weight-related condition) and contraindications, and confirms your starting dose.

  3. An EverydayMeds delivery box

    Step 3: Next-day tracked delivery

Dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy in temperature-controlled packaging with needles and a sharps bin included. Orders approved by 3pm for next-day tracked delivery.

Start your free consultation

Prescription and dispatch follow clinical approval. Confirm current delivery options when ordering.

Afterwards you're not on your own: dose-change reviews are built in before each step up, our pharmacist team is available for side-effect questions, and repeat orders re-check suitability rather than auto-shipping.

Your questions, answered

Mounjaro price UK — frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about Mounjaro prices, NHS access and ongoing treatment.

Ask our pharmacy team
How can I safely get GLP-1 injections online?
Choose a GPhC-registered pharmacy, complete a consultation, and have a prescriber review it before anything is dispensed. Avoid anyone offering to supply without a consultation or prescription. You can confirm our registration (9012878) on the GPhC public register, and unsuitable orders are refunded automatically.
Can an online doctor give you a prescription?
Yes. A GPhC-registered prescriber can issue a private prescription after reviewing your online consultation, if the medicine is suitable for you. For Mounjaro they assess your BMI, medical history and current medicines. If it is not suitable, the order is declined and refunded automatically.
How can I get my prescription sent to me?
Once approved, our registered pharmacy dispenses your pen and posts it with free next-day tracked delivery in temperature-controlled, discreet packaging. Orders placed by 3pm are dispatched the same day. Saturday delivery is available for £14.99.
Can I get Ozempic from an online doctor?
Ozempic is semaglutide licensed for type 2 diabetes only. It is not a UK weight-loss medicine, prescribing it privately for weight loss is off-label, and a regulated UK pharmacy will not supply it for weight loss. For weight management we supply Mounjaro and Wegovy. Our prescribers review each consultation individually, so apply through the consultation rather than asking for a specific product.
Can I get a prescription without seeing my GP?
Yes, a private prescription can come from an online prescriber instead of your GP. Payment is taken when you place the order; if the prescriber decides the treatment is not suitable, the order is refunded automatically in full. You can still tell your GP about your treatment if you wish.
Are there any risks to seeing a virtual doctor?
The main risk is an unregulated seller. A regulated service has a registered pharmacy, a prescriber review and aftercare. Our monthly reviews cover dose titration and side-effect support. Report any side effects through the Yellow Card scheme.
Can I get a prescription online without seeing a doctor?
Not legitimately. Prescription-only medicines such as GLP-1 injections need a prescriber's review of your health information. Our free online consultation is assessed by a GPhC-registered prescriber, not an automated scoring script.
