A quick overview

What to know
before you start.

  • Across the UK pharmacies we track, pens cost £143.96 to £339.00 per month depending on dose and provider (checked 10 October 2026).
  • The cheapest 2.5mg starter pen we track is £143.96; the dearest is £179.99.
  • Compare the same dose, the full first-year cost and what is included, not just the headline starter price.
  • Our first 2.5mg pen costs £129.99 with code FIRST40 (standard price £169.99); every later order is £25 off.
  • Only buy from a pharmacy you can find on the GPhC register. Fake pens have caused hospitalisations.
In this guide

01 · The short answer

Who has the best price for Mounjaro?

No single provider has the lowest price at every dose, so the honest answer depends on which pen you need and when you order. Across the UK pharmacies we track, Mounjaro pens range from £143.96 to £339.00 per month across all doses. That range was last checked on 10 October 2026.

For the 2.5mg starting pen alone, the cheapest provider we track charges £143.96 and the dearest charges £179.99. Even for an identical dose, the difference between providers is between £27 and £41 per month. Those gaps add up over a year of treatment, so it pays to compare like for like.

Boots lists Mounjaro doses from £179.00 to £339.00 per month in our index. Use those figures as a reference point when you compare any other provider, including us.

02 · EverydayMeds pricing

What you pay at EverydayMeds

Our standard price for one 2.5mg pen (four weeks) is £169.99, and a new customer's first order is £40 less with code FIRST40. That makes your first 2.5mg pen £129.99. The first-order discount applies at any dose, including if you are switching to us from another provider at a higher strength. Switching at 15mg? Your first order is £289.99.

After the first order, an automatic £25 reorder discount applies to every future order (code DOSE25). So your ongoing monthly cost at any dose is that dose's standard price less £25. Our standard prices per pen are:

  • 2.5mg: £169.99 (£42.50 per week)
  • 5mg: £218.99 (£54.75 per week)
  • 7.5mg: £279.99 (£70.00 per week)
  • 10mg: £290.99 (£72.75 per week)
  • 12.5mg: £319.99 (£80.00 per week)
  • 15mg: £329.99 (£82.50 per week)

All six doses are in stock. Our Mounjaro discount code guide explains how the codes work, and the live price table on the Mounjaro product page always shows today's figures.

03 · Planning the real cost

What Mounjaro costs over a year

The monthly figure matters less than the total, because you step up through doses before settling on one. These totals use our standard prices, before any discount. A new customer's first order is £40 less, and every later order is £25 less.

StagePensStandard cost
First year (52 weeks) if you settle at 5mg13£2,711.88
First year (52 weeks) if you settle at 15mg13£3,599.88
Maintenance at 7.5mg1 per month£279.99 per month
Maintenance at 10mg1 per month£290.99 per month
Maintenance at 12.5mg1 per month£319.99 per month

When you compare providers, ask for the price at the dose you expect to settle on, not only the starter pen. A low 2.5mg price can sit alongside a high 10mg or 15mg price. Our 7.5mg pricing guide goes dose by dose.

04 · Compare like for like

How to compare Mounjaro prices fairly

Compare the same dose, the same pen size and the same week of ordering, because a headline starter price tells you little about the cost of treatment. Every UK Mounjaro pen is a KwikPen that delivers four weekly doses, so one pen is one four-week supply at any strength.1 That makes monthly pen prices directly comparable, provided the doses match.

Use this checklist when you look at any provider:

  • Dose. Is the price for 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg or 15mg?
  • First order versus repeat order. Many prices shown are introductory. Check what the second and third orders cost.
  • Consultation fee. Ours is free, and the price shown is the price paid. Check whether others add one.
  • Delivery. Our next-day tracked delivery is free, with Saturday delivery at £14.99. Look for cold-chain packaging.
  • Follow-up. Ongoing monthly reviews and dose-titration support are part of safe prescribing.
  • Regulation. Confirm the pharmacy on the GPhC register before you pay.

If a price looks far lower than everything else, ask why before you buy.

05 · Price comparison chart

A UK Mounjaro price comparison chart

The most useful comparison chart is one that is dated, dose-specific and sourced. This one summarises our own index of the UK pharmacies we track, checked 10 October 2026.

What we measuredLowestHighest
Any Mounjaro pen, any dose, any provider (per month)£143.96£339.00
2.5mg starting pen (per month)£143.96£179.99
Gap between providers for the same dose£27£41
Boots, lowest and highest dose (per month)£179.00£339.00

06 · Asda, Lloyds, Bolt

What about Asda, Lloyds and Bolt?

The reliable way to check is to look at the pharmacy's own current product page and note the dose, whether the price is a first-order price, and any fees on top.

Before you buy from any of them, or from us, confirm the registration on the GPhC register. Registered online pharmacies show their registration number, and ours is GPhC 9012878.12

For Mounjaro, a pharmacy that charges a lower price for an identical dose is not necessarily offering the same total cost. Look at consultation fees, delivery, and the price of the second pen. That is where headline prices often differ most.

07 · Discounts and codes

Where to find Mounjaro discounts in the UK

Genuine discounts come from the pharmacy itself: a new-customer offer on the first order and sometimes a reorder discount. At EverydayMeds, new customers save £40 on their first order with code FIRST40, at any dose. An automatic £25 reorder discount applies to every future order (code DOSE25).

Be cautious about third-party "code" websites. Codes are set by each pharmacy, so the safest place to find one is on that pharmacy's own page. Be sceptical of any code that promises a very large reduction or asks you to pay outside the checkout.

Payment options can also help with cash flow. We accept Visa and Mastercard, Klarna and pay-monthly options, with no subscription lock-in. Repeat orders re-check suitability, and nothing ships automatically. Our discount code page lists the current live values.

08 · Price is not the only test

Why the lowest price is not always the safest

A price far below the rest of the market is a warning sign, because fake pens are a real risk. The MHRA has seized thousands of fake weight-loss pens in the UK and has issued alerts after falsified Mounjaro pens were identified. Fake pens have caused hospitalisations, and some contained insulin rather than tirzepatide.7

Only buy from a pharmacy you can verify on the GPhC register, never from social media, beauty salons or unverified websites. Genuine treatment always involves a prescription and a clinical consultation.7 A seller offering to supply without a consultation or prescription is not a legitimate pharmacy, however good the price.

Genuine UK stock is supplied through Lilly's official distribution to licensed pharmacies, and every pen carries a batch number and expiry date that can be checked. Ours is sourced directly from Eli Lilly through official LillyDirect supply. When your pen arrives, the solution should be clear and colourless. Do not use a pen that looks cloudy or discoloured, has particles in it, has been frozen or is past its expiry.

If anything about the supply or packaging seems wrong, check the pharmacy on the GPhC register and contact the pharmacy before injecting.

09 · Do not stretch pens

Saving money without cutting corners

Practical savings are the first-order and reorder discounts, comparing providers at your dose, and spreading the cost with pay-monthly options.

10 · NHS or private

NHS or private: which costs less?

The NHS is the lowest-cost route if you qualify, but access is being phased in over several years. Mounjaro is available on the NHS. NICE recommends it for adults with a BMI of at least 35 plus at least one weight-related condition, and the NHS primary-care rollout began in June 2025 with the highest-need groups first, initially BMI 40+ with four or more qualifying conditions.46

Full rollout is expected to take years, which is why many people who meet the licensed criteria choose regulated private treatment rather than waiting.6 Ask your GP whether you are in an eligible group. If not, private treatment from a registered pharmacy is the alternative.

Privately, Mounjaro is licensed for weight management in adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or a BMI between 27 and 30 with at least one weight-related condition. It must be used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.1 A prescriber will assess your BMI, medical history and current medicines before deciding whether it is suitable for you.

11 · What the price includes

What is included in our price

Our price covers the medicine, a free consultation, delivery and ongoing clinical support. The consultation is free, with no charge and no obligation, and the price shown is the price paid, with no hidden fees. It is reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber, not a scoring script. Payment is taken when you place the order; if the prescriber decides the treatment is not suitable, the order is refunded automatically in full.

Delivery is free, next-day, tracked (DPD) and in temperature-controlled, discreet packaging. We dispatch the same day when you order by 3pm. Needles, a sharps bin and injection guidance come with every order, and the prescribing team provides monthly reviews, dose-titration and side-effect support. Our free GLPTrackr app lets you track your journey on iOS or Android.

We have supported over 100,000 customers on their weight loss journey, which is a measure of service, not of results. In the SURMOUNT-1 trial of 2,539 adults, people taking tirzepatide alongside diet and exercise lost on average 15% of body weight on 5mg, 19.5% on 10mg and 20.9% on 15mg over 72 weeks, compared with 3.1% with lifestyle changes alone. These are trial averages, and individual results vary.2

12 · How to order

How ordering works

Ordering takes three steps, and if the prescriber decides the treatment is not suitable, your order is refunded automatically in full.

  • Step 1: free online consultation. Complete a short health questionnaire. There is no charge and no obligation. Start your free consultation.
  • Step 2: prescriber review. A GPhC-registered prescriber reviews your answers. Unsuitable orders are refunded automatically.
  • Step 3: dispensing and delivery. Our registered pharmacy dispenses your pen, with same-day dispatch when ordered by 3pm and free next-day tracked delivery.

Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by email at support@everydaymeds.co.uk, account portal chat or phone on 0333 207 0413. If you are still weighing up options, our full range of weight loss treatments sets Mounjaro alongside the alternatives. For stock at a specific strength, see who has 10mg in stock.

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is a prescription-only medicine, supplied only after an online consultation reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber. It is used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. Individual results vary. This page is information, not a substitute for medical advice.
