Mounjaro costs the same wherever you live when you order online, and our Mounjaro pen is £169.99 per month at the standard price for the 2.5mg starter dose. Each pen is a 4-week supply. Your first 2.5mg pen costs £129.99 with code FIRST40, and that is a first-order price, not a monthly one. After that, every later order is £25 off the standard price (code DOSE25).

The higher doses cost more per pen. The standard prices are £189.99 for 5mg, £244.99 for 7.5mg, £274.99 for 10mg, £289.99 for 12.5mg and £299.99 for 15mg. Planning the total cost of treatment

Treatment cost depends on how far up the doses you go, because each strength is a separate pen price. Mounjaro is a once-weekly medicine and each KwikPen holds four weekly doses.¹ That makes planning simple: one pen per four weeks.

These totals are at standard prices, before discounts. A new customer's first order is £40 less, and every later order is £25 less. If you settle at 7.5mg, 10mg or 12.5mg, work from that pen's monthly price (£244.99, £274.99 or £289.99).

You may not need the top dose. Your prescriber reviews your progress and tolerance each month and adjusts accordingly.

03 · Three months of Mounjaro

How much is a 3-month supply?

A three-month supply is roughly three pens, because each pen covers four weeks. Which three depends on your dose. Someone starting treatment would normally begin on 2.5mg, so the first three pens would be priced at £169.99, £189.99 and £244.99 at standard prices if they follow the usual steps up.

Someone switching from another provider at a higher dose would instead buy three pens at that dose. For example, you would pay £274.99 at standard prices for each of the three 10mg pens. Your first order is £40 less, and later ones £25 less.

04 · Cheapest legitimate route

The cheapest safe way to get Mounjaro

The cheapest safe route is a regulated one: compare the same dose across verified pharmacies, then factor in discounts and delivery. Price alone is a poor guide. A very low price from an unverified seller is a warning sign, not a bargain.

Two things lower the cost legitimately. First, comparing like for like at your dose. Second, using the new-customer discount on a first order and the reorder discount on later ones.

The NHS is the other route. Mounjaro is available on the NHS, but access is being phased in over several years. NICE recommends it for adults with a BMI of at least 35 plus at least one weight-related condition, and the primary-care rollout began in June 2025 with the highest-need groups first, initially BMI 40+ with four or more qualifying conditions.⁴⁶ Full rollout is expected to take years, so ask your GP whether you qualify. Mounjaro is licensed for weight management in adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or a BMI between 27 and 30 with at least one weight-related condition. Examples are high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obstructive sleep apnoea, cardiovascular disease, prediabetes or type 2 diabetes. It must be used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.¹¹¹

A prescriber assesses your BMI, medical history and current medicines before deciding whether it suits you.
