What does a year of tirzepatide cost?

03 · Payment

How can I spread the cost?

You can pay by Visa or Mastercard, Klarna or pay-monthly options, with no subscription lock-in. Our guides to Mounjaro payment plans and payment plans for weight loss injections explain the choices.

04 · What you are paying for

What you are paying for

Mounjaro is the brand name for tirzepatide, a once-weekly injectable prescription medicine made by Eli Lilly, licensed in the UK for weight management in adults and for type 2 diabetes. It comes as a pre-filled multi-dose KwikPen in six strengths from 2.5mg to 15mg.1

Mounjaro is also available on the NHS, but access is being phased in over several years. NICE recommends it for adults with a BMI of at least 35 plus at least one weight-related condition, and the primary-care rollout began in June 2025 with the highest-need groups first.4 Many people who meet the licensed criteria choose regulated private treatment instead.

05 · What your price includes

What your price includes

The consultation is free and the price shown is the price paid, with no hidden fees. Your order is reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber, and if they decide the treatment is not suitable, the order is refunded automatically in full.

We supply Mounjaro through official LillyDirect supply, so you receive genuine KwikPens. Delivery is free, next-day, tracked and temperature-controlled, with same-day dispatch when ordered by 3pm. Needles, a sharps bin and injection guidance come with every order, and monthly reviews are included. Compare other routes in GLP-1 injection pricing and dosage options.

06 · Is it worth the cost?

Is it worth the cost?

In the SURMOUNT-1 trial of 2,539 adults, people taking tirzepatide alongside diet and exercise lost on average 15% of body weight on 5mg, 19.5% on 10mg and 20.9% on 15mg over 72 weeks, versus 3.1% with lifestyle changes alone. Trial averages do not predict your own result, and individual results vary.2 For someone starting at 100 kg, 20.9% is about 21 kg.

07 · How to order

How to order

  • Complete the free online consultation, a short health questionnaire with no obligation.
  • Payment is taken when you place the order; if the prescriber decides the treatment is not suitable, the order is refunded automatically in full.

How ordering works

How ordering works at EverydayMeds

Three steps, with our pharmacy team alongside you.

  1. EverydayMeds online consultation on a mobile phone

    Step 1: Online consultation — 5–10 minutes

Complete a confidential health questionnaire covering BMI, medical history and current medication. No payment is taken until you're approved.

  2. A clinician ready to review an online consultation

Step 2: Prescriber review — usually same day

A UK registered prescriber checks your suitability against the licensed criteria (BMI ≥30, or ≥27 with a weight-related condition) and contraindications, and confirms your starting dose.

  3. An EverydayMeds delivery box

    Step 3: Next-day tracked delivery

Dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy in temperature-controlled packaging with needles and a sharps bin included. Orders approved by 3pm for next-day tracked delivery.

Start your free consultation

Prescription and dispatch follow clinical approval. Confirm current delivery options when ordering.

Afterwards you're not on your own: dose-change reviews are built in before each step up, our pharmacist team is available for side-effect questions, and repeat orders re-check suitability rather than auto-shipping.

Mounjaro is licensed for adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or 27 to 30 with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure or type 2 diabetes. It is used with a reduced-calorie diet and more activity, and a prescriber decides if it suits you.1
