What a Mounjaro 15mg bundle costs

One Mounjaro pen at 15mg costs £299.99 per month (one 4-week pen) at the standard price, which works out at £75.00 per week. A bundle is simply several of those pens, so for a three-pen bundle at the standard price you pay £299.99 for each of the three pens.

If you are new to us, your first order is £40 less at any dose, including 15mg, with code FIRST40. Switching from another provider at 15mg? Your first order is £259.99. After that, an automatic £25 reorder discount applies to every future order (code DOSE25).

We do not sell a special discounted "15mg bundle" at a different rate. The price shown is the price paid, the consultation is free and there are no hidden fees.

02 · Supply

Can you get a 3-month supply of Mounjaro?

Yes, you can order enough pens to cover three months, but each pen is prescribed after a review. Each KwikPen contains four weekly doses¹, so three months means about three pens. We recheck suitability on repeat orders and do not auto-ship, so your prescriber stays involved at each step.

03 · Suitability

Who a 15mg bundle is (and is not) for

A 15mg bundle only suits people already established on 15mg. Everyone starts on 2.5mg once a week, and the dose then steps up after at least 4 weeks, in 2.5mg steps, to a maximum of 15mg depending on response and tolerance¹. You cannot start at 15mg through us.

Many people settle at 5mg, 10mg or 15mg; higher is not automatically better¹. If you are still titrating, the first four pens (2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg, 10mg) cost £879.96 at standard prices, with the first order £40 less and later orders £25 less.

05 · 15mg pen doses and use

How many doses are in a Mounjaro 15mg pen?

A 15mg KwikPen contains four weekly doses¹.

Injection is under the skin once a week, on the same day, at any time of day, with or without food¹. There is no best time of day: Mounjaro works the same morning or evening. Consistency matters, and many people choose a weekend morning so early side effects fall on days off.

06 · Is 15mg better than 12.5mg?

Is 15mg better than 12.5mg, and how long should you stay on it?

15mg is the maximum dose, not automatically the better one. Many people settle at a lower maintenance dose, and your prescriber guides the right pace¹. In SURMOUNT-1 (2,539 adults), average weight loss over 72 weeks was 15% on 5mg, 19.5% on 10mg and 20.9% on 15mg, against 3.1% with lifestyle changes alone. Those are trial averages and individual results vary². For someone starting at 100 kg, 20.9% is about 21 kg.

At 72 weeks, 57% on 15mg lost at least 20% of their body weight². If you have lost less than 5% of your starting weight after 6 months on the highest dose you can tolerate, your prescriber will discuss whether continuing or stopping is right for you.

07 · Does it wear off, and sleep

Does Mounjaro wear off after 5 days?

No. Tirzepatide has a half-life of about five days, which is why it is dosed weekly, and after a final dose it takes roughly 4–5 weeks to clear the system¹. The half-life is not a point where it stops working. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you can within 4 days (96 hours) of the scheduled time; if more than 4 days have passed, skip it and take the next one on your normal day. Never take two doses within 3 days of each other¹.

08 · Storing several pens

Storing multiple pens safely

Keep pens in a fridge at 2–8°C and never freeze them. Once in use, a pen can be kept out of the fridge at a temperature not above 30°C for up to 30 days after first use, and must then be thrown away. Do not use a pen that has been above 30°C or has been frozen. Unopened pens stay in the fridge and keep until the printed expiry date. If an unopened pen has been out of the fridge, check with the pharmacy before using it.

09 · Serious side effects

Serious side effects: when to get help straight away

Serious side effects are uncommon but need urgent attention. Seek immediate medical help for: severe, persistent stomach pain that may spread to your back, with or without vomiting (possible pancreatitis); pain in the upper right abdomen, fever or yellowing of skin/eyes (possible gallbladder problems); or signs of a severe allergic reaction such as swelling of the face or throat and difficulty breathing. If you take insulin or a sulfonylurea alongside Mounjaro, watch for low blood sugar (shakiness, sweating, confusion) — your prescriber may need to adjust those medicines.¹

10 · NHS and private route

NHS or private for 15mg?

Mounjaro is available on the NHS, but access is phased in over several years. NICE recommends it for adults with a BMI of at least 35 plus at least one weight-related condition, and the primary-care rollout began in June 2025 with the highest-need groups first⁴⁶. Many people who meet the licensed criteria choose regulated private treatment rather than wait.
