Dosing and Usage Guidelines
Prescription orlistat 120mg and Xenical are taken as one capsule three times daily with each main meal containing fat. Take immediately before, during, or up to one hour after eating. If a meal contains no fat or is missed, skip that dose. Maximum three capsules daily. Keep dietary fat intake to approximately 15g per meal to minimise gastrointestinal side effects. A daily multivitamin supplement is recommended, taken at bedtime at least 2 hours after your last orlistat dose.
