How buying without a subscription works

You pay for each pen separately, and nothing renews automatically. The Mounjaro pen costs £169.99 at the 2.5mg starting dose, and all six doses are in stock. Your first 2.5mg pen costs £129.99 with code FIRST40 (standard price £169.99). Every later order is £25 off the standard price (code DOSE25).

Planning the cost over time

These are standard prices before discounts: a new customer's first order is £40 less and every later order £25 less. How ordering works

First, complete the free online consultation, a short health questionnaire with no obligation. Second, a GPhC-registered prescriber reviews it. Payment is taken when you place the order, and if the prescriber decides the treatment is not suitable, the order is refunded automatically in full. 04 · Stopping and pausing

Can I take it for only a couple of months?

Without a subscription you can stop at any time, but the medicine does not leave the body at once. Tirzepatide has a half-life of about five days, so after a final dose it takes roughly 4–5 weeks to clear the system.¹ Speak to your prescriber before stopping, so any exit can be planned with diet and activity support.

Subscription deals and counterfeit risk

The MHRA has seized thousands of fake weight-loss pens and issued alerts after falsified Mounjaro pens were identified. Some contained insulin rather than tirzepatide and caused hospitalisations. Only buy from a pharmacy you can verify on the GPhC register, never from social media, beauty salons or unverified websites.⁷ Genuine treatment always involves a prescription and a clinical consultation. Who can use Mounjaro

Mounjaro is licensed for weight management in adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or between 27 and 30 with at least one weight-related condition such as high blood pressure or prediabetes. It is used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.¹ In SURMOUNT-1, people lost on average 15% of body weight on 5mg and 20.9% on 15mg over 72 weeks, versus 3.1% with lifestyle changes alone; individual results vary.²
