A quick overview

What to know
before you start.

  • A bundle is only cheap if its total beats the same pens bought one at a time at the same provider, so always add the pens up yourself.
  • If you step up after 4 weeks on each dose, your first four pens (2.5mg to 10mg) cost £959.96 at standard prices, before any discount.
  • New customers save £40 on a first order at any dose; every later order is £25 off the standard price.
  • A first year costs £2,711.88 if you settle at 5mg, up to £3,599.88 at 15mg, at standard prices.
In this guide

01 · The short answer

What the cheapest Mounjaro bundle really means

The cheapest bundle is the lowest total price for the specific pens you will use, from a pharmacy you can verify. A low headline figure for a two-pen pack means little if the doses do not match your plan. Mounjaro is a dose-titration treatment, so the order of strengths matters as much as the sticker price.

Each KwikPen holds four weekly doses, so one pen covers four weeks. A "bundle" is simply several pens sold together, typically two pens (eight weeks) or three pens (twelve weeks). The honest test is arithmetic: add up the individual pen prices at the same provider and compare that with the bundle total. If the bundle is not lower, you are paying for convenience only.

At EverydayMeds, pens are priced by dose, and the figures below are simply those pens added together at standard prices. The Mounjaro pen page shows the live price for each strength. The 2.5mg starter pen is £169.99 per month at the standard price, and 5mg is £218.99. New customers can use code FIRST40 for £40 off their first order at any dose, and an automatic £25 reorder discount applies to every future order (code DOSE25).

02 · Real totals

What the first four pens and first year cost

If you step up after 4 weeks on each dose, your first four pens (2.5mg to 10mg) cost £959.96 at standard prices. A new customer's first order is £40 less, and every later order is £25 less. That is the number to hold any four-pen bundle against, whoever sells it.

PlanPensDurationTotal at standard prices
First year, settling at 5mg1352 weeks£2,711.88
First year, settling at 15mg1352 weeks£3,599.88

For a maintenance dose between those two, use that dose's monthly price: £279.99 for 7.5mg, £290.99 for 10mg and £319.99 for 12.5mg. Many people do not need the top dose, and your prescriber sets the dose that fits you.

For context, across the UK pharmacies we track, the cheapest and dearest Mounjaro pens at any dose are £143.96 and £339.00. The smallest gap between providers for the same dose is £27, and the largest is £41. The index was checked on 11 October 2026, so compare like for like, dose for dose.

03 · What you get

What our price includes

The consultation is free, and the price shown is the price paid, with no hidden fees. Your order is reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber, and unsuitable orders are refunded automatically. Delivery is free next-day tracked DPD in temperature-controlled packaging, with same-day dispatch when you order by 3pm. Saturday delivery is £14.99.

Needles, a sharps bin and injection guidance come with every order. Ongoing monthly reviews and side-effect support are part of the service, and repeat orders re-check suitability rather than auto-shipping. There is no subscription, and you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Klarna or pay-monthly options. All six doses are in stock, supplied through official LillyDirect supply direct from Eli Lilly's UK distribution.

When comparing, count these extras. A bundle that excludes delivery, reviews or sharps disposal is not like for like. Our Mounjaro price comparison sets out how to line providers up, and our weight loss treatments hub covers the alternatives.

04 · What a bundle is

What is a Mounjaro bundle?

A Mounjaro bundle is a multi-pen purchase, usually two or three pens sold together for a single total. Mounjaro is the brand name for tirzepatide, a once-weekly injectable prescription medicine made by Eli Lilly. In the UK it is licensed for weight management in adults and for type 2 diabetes.1 It comes as a pre-filled multi-dose pen (KwikPen) in six strengths: 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg and 15mg.1

Each pen is designed and licensed to deliver exactly four weekly doses, so one pen is one month of treatment. A two-pen bundle therefore covers eight weeks, and a three-pen bundle covers twelve weeks.

Bundles are a retail idea, not a clinical one. The medicine in a bundle pen is identical to the medicine in a single pen. The only things that change are the number of pens in the box and the total price. There is no stronger or faster "bundle dose", and the dose you take is decided by your prescriber, not by the pack you buy.

Why people look for bundles

First, a lower total price. Second, fewer repeat orders to manage. Third, certainty that they have the next doses to hand. All three are reasonable, but only the first can be checked with arithmetic.

If you want to see how different providers present multi-pen packs, our guides to the Mounjaro bundle pack and the Mounjaro bundle deal walk through the common formats. Our guide to a three-month supply covers the twelve-week version in detail.

What a bundle cannot change

A bundle does not remove the need for a consultation. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine, supplied only after an online consultation reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber. If a seller offers pens without a consultation or prescription, that is a warning sign rather than a saving. It also cannot make titration faster: the patient information leaflet and your prescriber set the pace, and a cheaper bundle never justifies skipping a step.

It also does not promise that a stronger pen is right for you at the start. Starting doses exist for tolerability, and the pen strengths you receive should follow your prescriber's plan, not the pack on offer.

05 · Comparing bundle totals

How to compare bundle totals fairly

To compare bundles fairly, convert every offer into a cost per pen and a cost per week, then check which doses are included. This takes five minutes and removes most of the marketing noise.

Step 1: list the exact doses

A two-pen bundle of 2.5mg and 5mg is not comparable with one of 7.5mg and 10mg. Compare only bundles with identical strengths, or compare each strength separately.

Step 2: add the single-pen prices

At the same provider, add up the individual pens and compare with the bundle total. If the bundle is lower, the difference is your real saving. If it is the same or higher, there is no bundle saving at all. Note the date, because prices change. We show a checked date on our own figures (11 October 2026), and you should expect the same from anyone else.

Step 3: separate standard price from first-order price

Many headline prices are first-order prices for new customers. Ours work like this: a new customer gets £40 off a first order at any dose with code FIRST40, and every later order is £25 off the standard price. Your first 2.5mg pen costs £129.99 with code FIRST40, against a standard price of £169.99. If you are switching to us at a higher dose, your first 15mg order is £289.99. A price that is only available once is not a price you will pay for a year.

Step 4: price the whole journey

A low first bundle can lead into expensive later months. Ask what the next pens cost, not just the first two. A first year costs £2,711.88 at standard prices if you settle at 5mg, up to £3,599.88 at 15mg. Keep those in mind as ceilings when judging any longer-term offer.

Step 5: count what is included

Check delivery, consultation, reviews, needles and a sharps bin. Our consultation is free, delivery is free next-day tracked, and monthly reviews are included. A bundle that charges separately for these may look cheaper than it is.

Step 6: check who is selling it

Confirm the seller on the GPhC register. Our registration number is 9012878, and you can check it on the GPhC register. Our guide to bundle pricing applies the same method across common pack sizes, and our value-focused price guide goes further into dose-by-dose comparison.

A final sanity check is the spread. Across the UK pharmacies we track, the gap between providers for the same dose ranges from £27 to £41. Gaps that big make comparing worthwhile, but a very low outlier deserves extra scrutiny of who is behind it.

06 · Cost across a year

Planning Mounjaro costs across a year

Over a year, what matters is not the bundle but the dose you settle at, because the maintenance dose sets most of the bill. A first year is 52 weeks, or 13 pens. At standard prices, it costs £2,711.88 if you settle at 5mg, up to £3,599.88 at 15mg. Those are before discounts: a new customer's first order is £40 less, and every later order is £25 less.

Starter pen and maintenance costs

The first phase is the starter pen, 2.5mg at £169.99 per month at the standard price. Your first 2.5mg pen costs £129.99 with code FIRST40. After that comes maintenance at whichever dose you and your prescriber settle on.

For maintenance, the monthly standard prices are £218.99 at 5mg, £279.99 at 7.5mg, £290.99 at 10mg and £319.99 at 12.5mg. At the top strength it is £329.99. Every order after your first is £25 off the standard price. These are monthly figures for one four-week pen, not annual ones.

Why a bundle can mislead on annual cost

A bundle of the first two pens only covers eight weeks. It says nothing about months three to twelve, which is where most of the spend sits. When a bundle looks cheap, ask what happens next. The honest comparison is the full year at the dose you are likely to reach, and the ceilings above are a good guide.

Paying in instalments

If the monthly cost is the barrier rather than the total, we offer Klarna and pay-monthly options, and there is no subscription lock-in. Spreading the cost is a legitimate way to manage cash flow, unlike changing how you take the medicine.

Things that lower cost safely

There is one safe lever on price. First, use the new-customer discount on your first order and the reorder discount thereafter. Second, compare each dose across providers on the same date, using the checked date as your anchor. Our complete guide to cheaper Mounjaro expands on both.

07 · Who can be prescribed

Who can be prescribed Mounjaro

A bundle price is irrelevant if the medicine is not suitable for you, so eligibility comes first. Mounjaro is licensed for weight management in adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or a BMI between 27 and 30 with at least one weight-related condition. Examples include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obstructive sleep apnoea, cardiovascular disease, prediabetes or type 2 diabetes.1 It must be used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.1

A prescriber will assess your BMI, medical history and current medicines before deciding whether it is suitable for you.1 That judgement is made by a person, not by a scoring script, which is why our consultation is reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber. Payment is taken when you place the order; if the prescriber decides the treatment is not suitable, the order is refunded automatically in full.

Why the prescriber decides the doses

Bundles are sold as if the dose sequence were fixed, but your prescriber sets the plan. They decide the starting strength, when to step up and where to stop. A bundle that locks you into a sequence before you have been assessed may not match the plan you are later given. This is another reason to complete the consultation before choosing pack sizes.

How the consultation works

The first step is a short health questionnaire, which is free, with no obligation. A prescriber then reviews it. Once approved, the pharmacy dispenses and dispatches your order. You can start your free consultation before deciding anything about pack sizes. Repeat orders re-check suitability, so your plan is reviewed rather than repeated automatically.

If you are not eligible

If your BMI or health picture falls outside the licence, a prescriber can discuss other options with you. Our all weight loss treatments page lists the alternatives we offer. Buying a bundle from a seller who skips the consultation is not a workaround; it is a safety risk.

Treatment is information and care, not a quick fix. This page is information, not a substitute for medical advice. Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is a prescription-only medicine, supplied only after an online consultation reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber. Individual results vary.

If you have questions about a condition or a medicine you currently take, raise them during the consultation. Your prescriber needs your full medicines list, including anything bought over the counter, to judge suitability properly. Honest answers there protect you far more than any pack choice can.

08 · What results to expect

What results to expect for the money

In the SURMOUNT-1 trial of 2,539 adults, people taking tirzepatide alongside diet and exercise lost on average 15% of their body weight on 5mg, 19.5% on 10mg and 20.9% on 15mg over 72 weeks, compared with 3.1% with lifestyle changes alone.2 These are trial averages. Individual results vary, and treatment works alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity, not instead of them.2

At 72 weeks, 85% of participants on 5mg, 89% on 10mg and 91% on 15mg had lost at least 5% of their body weight. Half of participants on 10mg and 57% on 15mg lost at least 20% of their body weight.2

A worked example

For someone starting at 100 kg, 15% is about 15 kg, 19.5% is about 19.5 kg and 20.9% is about 21 kg. That is straight arithmetic of the trial averages, not a prediction for you. Trial averages do not predict your own result, and the trial covered 72 weeks, far longer than a two- or three-pen bundle.

What this means for bundle choices

The trial figures describe long-term treatment with diet and activity, so a bundle that covers eight or twelve weeks is only the opening phase. It makes little sense to judge value on a short pack alone.

It also means that a very cheap bundle with a dramatic claim attached should be treated with suspicion. Results are not set by the pack, the seller or the price. Sellers who promise specific results are not describing how the medicine behaves.

Setting expectations with your prescriber

Your prescriber can talk through realistic goals, how long you might be on treatment and what happens afterwards. Ongoing monthly reviews are included with our service, so your dose and progress are checked rather than assumed. If you want to see what early weeks can look like, our page on the first month on Mounjaro explains the early phase honestly.

Remember also that the trial doses that produced these averages are the licensed strengths. They were reached through a stepwise increase, and higher strength is not automatically better for every person. A prescriber balances effect against tolerability, which is why the 10mg and 15mg trial figures above do not mean everyone should aim for the top dose.

09 · NHS versus private

NHS versus private: where bundles fit

Mounjaro is available on the NHS, but access is being phased in over several years. NICE recommends it for adults with a BMI of at least 35 plus at least one weight-related condition.4 The NHS primary-care rollout began in June 2025 with the highest-need groups first, initially BMI 40+ with four or more qualifying conditions.6 Full rollout is expected to take years, which is why many people who meet the licensed criteria choose regulated private treatment rather than waiting.6

Bundles belong to the private route

NHS prescriptions are issued per prescription through your clinical team, so the bundle idea only applies to private supply. If you are eligible on the NHS and can access it, that route follows its own rules and its own charges, with an NHS prescription charge of £9.90 in England for items that attract one. Ask your GP or weight-management service what applies to you.

Choosing private treatment sensibly

If you go private, treat the decision as a regulated healthcare purchase, not a bargain hunt. Choose a pharmacy on the GPhC register, expect a consultation reviewed by a prescriber, and expect follow-up. Our pharmacy is GPhC-registered (9012878), and we offer official LillyDirect supply, free next-day tracked delivery, and ongoing monthly reviews.

Switching between routes

Some people start privately and later become eligible on the NHS, or the reverse. Tell any prescriber about your current treatment and dose so continuity is planned safely. Because pens are a four-week supply, there are natural points to review at each step, and you do not need to have bought a large bundle to change course.

Why this matters for cost

Because NHS access is phased, private pricing remains relevant for many adults. Across the UK pharmacies we track, a single pen runs from £143.96 to £339.00 (index checked 11 October 2026). Comparing carefully matters, and a longer plan matters more than a pack deal.

Boots is a well-known comparison point: across the doses we track, Boots' lowest and highest Mounjaro dose prices are £179.00 and £339.00 per pen. Use that as one data point, not the whole picture, and compare the same dose on the same date.

10 · Counterfeit risk

Counterfeit risk with very cheap bundles

The cheapest-looking bundle is sometimes the most dangerous, because fake pens are real. The MHRA has seized thousands of fake weight-loss pens in the UK and has issued alerts after falsified Mounjaro pens were identified.7 Fake pens have caused hospitalisations, and some contained insulin rather than tirzepatide.7

Only buy from a pharmacy you can verify on the GPhC register, never from social media, beauty salons or unverified websites.12 Genuine treatment always involves a prescription and a clinical consultation.7 Any seller offering to supply without a consultation or prescription should be treated as unsafe, however attractive the bundle price.

What genuine supply looks like

Mounjaro is manufactured by Eli Lilly. Genuine UK stock is supplied through Lilly's official distribution to licensed pharmacies, and every pen carries a batch number and expiry date that can be checked. Our supply is official LillyDirect supply, direct from Eli Lilly's UK distribution.

Checking a pen when it arrives

A genuine UK Mounjaro pen comes from a registered pharmacy with a batch number and expiry date. It arrives cold-chain packaged, and the solution inside is clear and colourless.13 Do not use a pen that has been frozen, looks cloudy or discoloured, has particles in it, is past its expiry, or has been above 30°C. In-use pens can be kept out of the fridge at a temperature not above 30°C for up to 30 days after first use, and must then be thrown away.13 If supply or packaging ever seems wrong, check the pharmacy on the GPhC register and contact the pharmacy before injecting.12

For unopened pens, the rule is simple: keep them in the fridge until first use, and they keep until the printed expiry date. For any question about an unopened pen that has been out of the fridge, check the patient information leaflet and ask the pharmacy.13

Red flags in bundle listings

  • No consultation or prescription is asked for.
  • The seller cannot be found on the GPhC register.
  • The price is far below every other provider on the same date.
  • Delivery is not cold-chain, or there is no batch and expiry information.
  • The seller promises specific results or pushes dramatic weight-loss claims.

You can report a suspected falsified pen or any side effect through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme. A saving that puts the contents of the pen in doubt is not a saving.

What to do if cost is the problem

Talk to your clinical team rather than self-adjusting.

Our monthly reviews exist for exactly this. If affordability changes, tell the prescribing team.

If you stop treatment

Tirzepatide has a half-life of about five days, so after a final dose it takes roughly 4–5 weeks to clear the system. There is no way to speed this up, and nothing needs doing while it clears. A bundle that runs out is not an emergency. Mounjaro manages weight; it does not cure the biology behind it. In SURMOUNT-4, people who stopped tirzepatide after 36 weeks regained on average 14% of body weight over the following year, while those who continued treatment lost a further 5.5% on average. Stopping should always be planned with your prescriber, with diet and activity habits ready to carry the load.

Planning so you never run short

A better safeguard is ordering your next pen in good time, because delivery is free next-day and same-day dispatch applies when you order by 3pm. Repeat orders re-check suitability, so build in a little slack for the review.

11 · How ordering works

How ordering works with us

Ordering takes three steps, and none of them requires you to buy a bundle. First, you complete a free online consultation, a short health questionnaire with no charge and no obligation. Second, a GPhC-registered prescriber reviews it, and unsuitable orders are refunded automatically. Payment is taken when you place the order; if the prescriber decides the treatment is not suitable, the order is refunded automatically in full. Third, our registered pharmacy dispenses and dispatches your order, and delivery is free next-day tracked DPD in temperature-controlled, discreet packaging.

Timing

We offer same-day dispatch when ordered by 3pm. Saturday delivery costs £14.99. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by email at support@everydaymeds.co.uk, through account portal chat or on 0333 207 0413.

Choosing what to buy

The Mounjaro pen page shows the live price for every strength. Your first 2.5mg pen costs £129.99 with code FIRST40, against a standard price of £169.99. If you are moving to us from another provider at a higher dose, your first order is £289.99 at 15mg, and the new-customer discount applies at any dose. After that, every future order is £25 off the standard price with code DOSE25.

After your first pen

Ongoing monthly clinical reviews are included, along with dose-titration support, follow-up assessments and side-effect support. There is no auto-shipping, so each repeat order re-checks that treatment is still suitable. You can also use GLPTrackr, our free companion app for tracking a GLP-1 journey, on iOS and Android.

Refunds and returns

Declined consultations are refunded automatically in full. Dispensed prescription medicines cannot be returned except when faulty, damaged or the wrong item, and you should contact us within 3 days. Refunds take 5–10 working days.

Mounjaro works alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. Trial results such as those in SURMOUNT-1 are averages, and individual results vary.2 If you want to see more on how multi-pen packs work, our page on how to find cheaper bundle deals gives a wider view.

Finally, remember that you can start your free consultation without committing to a purchase, and the prescriber's plan, not a pack size, then guides what you order.

Your questions, answered

Mounjaro price UK — frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about Mounjaro prices, NHS access and ongoing treatment.

Ask our pharmacy team
What is the cheapest Mounjaro bundle in the UK?
The cheapest bundle is the one with the lowest total for the exact doses you need, from a pharmacy you can verify on the GPhC register. At EverydayMeds, if you step up after 4 weeks on each dose, your first four pens (2.5mg to 10mg) cost £959.96 at standard prices, before a first-order discount of £40. Compare any other bundle by adding up its pens dose by dose, noting the date, and checking what delivery and reviews are included.
Is a Mounjaro bundle cheaper than buying pens one at a time?
Not automatically. A bundle is only cheaper if its total is lower than the same pens added up individually at the same provider. Always do that sum yourself.
How much does a two-pen or three-pen Mounjaro bundle cost?
It depends on the strengths included, because each dose has its own price. We list pens by dose rather than quoting fixed pack prices: 2.5mg is £169.99 per month at the standard price, 5mg is £218.99, and 7.5mg is £279.99. Add the pens you need together, then remember a new customer's first order is £40 less.
How much does Mounjaro cost for a whole year?
At standard prices, a first year of 13 pens costs £2,711.88 if you settle at 5mg, up to £3,599.88 at 15mg. These totals are before discounts: a new customer's first order is £40 less, and each later order is £25 less. For other maintenance doses, use that dose's monthly price rather than a year figure. Your prescriber decides which dose suits you.
Is it safe to buy a cheap Mounjaro bundle online?
Only buy from a pharmacy you can verify on the GPhC register; genuine treatment always involves a prescription and a clinical consultation. The MHRA has seized thousands of fake weight-loss pens in the UK, and some fakes contained insulin rather than tirzepatide. Avoid social media sellers, beauty salons and unverified websites, and treat any offer to supply without a consultation or prescription as a red flag.
Do I need a prescription to buy a Mounjaro bundle?
Yes. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine, supplied only after an online consultation reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber. Payment is taken when you place the order; if the prescriber decides the treatment is not suitable, the order is refunded automatically in full. Unsuitable orders are refunded automatically. A seller who offers pens without a consultation or prescription is not operating safely, whatever the bundle price.
Is Mounjaro available on the NHS instead of buying a bundle?
Mounjaro is available on the NHS, but access is being phased in over several years. NICE recommends it for adults with a BMI of at least 35 plus at least one weight-related condition, and the primary-care rollout began in June 2025 with the highest-need groups first, initially BMI 40+ with four or more qualifying conditions. Many people who meet the licensed criteria choose regulated private treatment rather than waiting.
How do I check my Mounjaro pen is genuine?
A genuine UK pen comes from a registered pharmacy with a batch number and expiry date, arrives cold-chain packaged, and the solution inside is clear and colourless. Do not use a pen that has been frozen, looks cloudy or discoloured, has particles, is past its expiry, or has been above 30°C. In-use pens can be kept out of the fridge at a temperature not above 30°C for up to 30 days after first use, and must then be thrown away. If anything seems wrong, check the pharmacy on the GPhC register and contact it before injecting.
