01 · Decision guide

What makes a UK tirzepatide site safe and good value?

A safe site is a registered pharmacy that only supplies after a consultation reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber. Check the pharmacy's number on the GPhC register.12 Ours is 9012878. Our guide to the online pharmacy for Mounjaro and our list of online pharmacies for tirzepatide go deeper.

02 · What we offer

How does EverydayMeds compare on these checks?

We are a GPhC-registered UK online pharmacy. Mounjaro comes through official LillyDirect supply, with all six doses in stock. The consultation is free, and unsuitable orders are refunded automatically. You can view the Mounjaro pen and current prices; the 2.5mg pen is £169.99. New customers save £40 on their first order with code FIRST40, and an automatic £25 reorder discount applies to every future order (code DOSE25).

Delivery is free, next-day and tracked, with same-day dispatch when ordered by 3pm. Ongoing monthly reviews are included, and there is no subscription lock-in.

03 · How to order

How does ordering work?

Ordering takes three steps. First, start your free consultation, a short health questionnaire with no obligation. Second, a GPhC-registered prescriber reviews your answers. Payment is taken when you place the order; if the prescriber decides the treatment is not suitable, the order is refunded automatically in full. Third, our pharmacy dispenses and ships your pen in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging.

04 · Why US lists mislead

Why US "best site" lists don't apply here

US "best site" lists often feature compounded tirzepatide from US telehealth firms, which is not UK licensed supply. In the UK, be cautious of any seller offering to supply without a consultation or prescription. The MHRA publishes counterfeit medicine alerts and runs the Yellow Card scheme for reporting problems.7

05 · Who can be prescribed

Who is tirzepatide prescribed for?

Mounjaro is licensed for weight management in adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or a BMI between 27 and 30 with at least one weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obstructive sleep apnoea, cardiovascular disease, prediabetes or type 2 diabetes. It must be used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. A prescriber assesses your BMI, medical history and current medicines first.1

06 · NHS or private

NHS or private supply?

Mounjaro is available on the NHS, but access is being phased in over several years. NICE recommends it for adults with a BMI of at least 35 plus at least one weight-related condition, and the primary-care rollout began in June 2025 with the highest-need groups first, initially BMI 40+ with four or more qualifying conditions.46 Full rollout is expected to take years, so many people who meet the licensed criteria choose regulated private treatment.

07 · What to expect

What results can you expect?

In SURMOUNT-1 (2,539 adults), people taking tirzepatide alongside diet and exercise lost on average 15% of body weight on 5mg, 19.5% on 10mg and 20.9% on 15mg over 72 weeks, versus 3.1% with lifestyle changes alone. These are trial averages and individual results vary.2 For someone starting at 100 kg, 20.9% is about 21 kg.

08 · Serious side effects

Serious side effects: when to get help straight away

Serious side effects are uncommon but need urgent attention. Seek immediate medical help for: severe, persistent stomach pain that may spread to your back, with or without vomiting (possible pancreatitis); pain in the upper right abdomen, fever or yellowing of skin/eyes (possible gallbladder problems); or signs of a severe allergic reaction such as swelling of the face or throat and difficulty breathing. If you take insulin or a sulfonylurea alongside Mounjaro, watch for low blood sugar (shakiness, sweating, confusion) — your prescriber may need to adjust those medicines.1

How ordering works

How ordering works at EverydayMeds

Three steps, with our pharmacy team alongside you.

  1. EverydayMeds online consultation on a mobile phone

    Step 1: Online consultation — 5–10 minutes

Complete a confidential health questionnaire covering BMI, medical history and current medication. No payment is taken until you're approved.

  2. A clinician ready to review an online consultation

Step 2: Prescriber review — usually same day

A UK registered prescriber checks your suitability against the licensed criteria (BMI ≥30, or ≥27 with a weight-related condition) and contraindications, and confirms your starting dose.

  3. An EverydayMeds delivery box

    Step 3: Next-day tracked delivery

Dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy in temperature-controlled packaging with needles and a sharps bin included. Orders approved by 3pm for next-day tracked delivery.

Start your free consultation

Prescription and dispatch follow clinical approval. Confirm current delivery options when ordering.

Afterwards you're not on your own: dose-change reviews are built in before each step up, our pharmacist team is available for side-effect questions, and repeat orders re-check suitability rather than auto-shipping.

Your questions, answered

Mounjaro price UK — frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about Mounjaro prices, NHS access and ongoing treatment.

Ask our pharmacy team
Which online site should I use for tirzepatide in the UK?
No site is best for everyone. Look for a GPhC-registered online pharmacy that supplies genuine Mounjaro after a consultation reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber. Compare supply source, aftercare, delivery and price. Across the UK pharmacies we track, 2.5mg pens range from £143.96 to £179.99 per month.
Can I buy tirzepatide online without a prescription?
No. Tirzepatide, sold as Mounjaro, is prescription-only and is supplied only after an online consultation reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber. Treat any site offering to supply without a consultation or prescription as a warning sign and report concerns via the Yellow Card scheme.
Is compounded tirzepatide available in the UK?
We only supply licensed Mounjaro KwikPens in six strengths, 2.5mg to 15mg, sourced through official LillyDirect supply. Genuine treatment always involves a prescription and a clinical consultation, so treat compounded copies sold outside a licensed pathway as a warning sign: they have no regulated supply chain.
How do I check an online pharmacy is legitimate?
Search the pharmacy's registration number on the GPhC public register. Ours is 9012878. A legitimate pharmacy also requires a consultation and prescriber review before supplying a prescription medicine.
How much does tirzepatide cost online in the UK?
Our standard 2.5mg pen is £169.99 per month and the 15mg pen is £299.99. New customers save £40 on their first order with code FIRST40. Prices checked 25 October 2026.
Is Mounjaro available on the NHS?
Yes, but access is being phased in over several years. NICE recommends it for adults with a BMI of at least 35 plus a weight-related condition, and the primary-care rollout began in June 2025 with the highest-need groups first.
