What a Repeat Order Involves
A repeat order is not sent automatically. Each order goes through a further clinical review by a healthcare professional.
- Confirm your details and how treatment has been going. You may be asked about any side effects, changes in your health or medicines, and how you have responded to treatment.
- Prescriber review. This is usually completed within 3 working days, or within 24 hours where express review is available.

The review allows the prescriber to check whether treatment remains appropriate and whether your current dose is suitable based on your response and how well you tolerate it. Mounjaro is a prescription only medicine and requires a prescription for purchase in the UK.
