1. The promoter

The promoter is OVIO Ltd trading as EverydayMeds, registered in England and Wales, registered office 109 Coleman Road, Leicester, LE5 4LE (the "Promoter"). EverydayMeds is a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, registration number 9011419.

2. The promotion

The Customer Feedback Prize Draw (the "Prize Draw") is a free prize draw. One winner will be selected at random to receive a voucher worth £1,000 to spend at everydaymeds.co.uk, as described in section 7.

3. Who can enter

  1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
  2. Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
  3. The Promoter may require proof of age, identity and residence before awarding the prize.

4. How to enter

  1. To enter, visit the Prize Draw page at everydaymeds.co.uk, provide a valid email address and confirm that you accept these terms.
  2. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary and making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries, entries made using multiple email addresses, or entries made by automated means will be disqualified.
  4. Entries must be received by 23:59 (UK time) on 31 August 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for any reason, including technical failure.

5. Reviews and feedback

  1. After entering, you may be invited to leave a review of EverydayMeds on a third party platform such as Trustpilot or Google. Leaving a review is entirely optional.
  2. Your entry into the Prize Draw and your chance of winning do not depend on whether you leave a review, or on the content or rating of any review you leave. All ratings are welcome.
  3. Reviews are subject to the terms and content guidelines of the platform on which they are posted.

6. Selecting the winner

  1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. The draw will be conducted on or before 1 September 2026 under the supervision of an independent person, or by a verifiably random computer process.
  2. The winner will be notified by email to the address used to enter, within 7 days of the draw.
  3. The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

7. The prize

  1. The prize is a single voucher with a value of £1,000 (one thousand pounds sterling), redeemable against purchases at everydaymeds.co.uk.
  2. The voucher will be issued as a discount code to the winner's email address within 14 days of the winner confirming acceptance.
  3. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It may be used across multiple orders until the full value has been used. Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
  4. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. It cannot be combined with other discount codes.
  5. Prescription treatments. EverydayMeds is a registered pharmacy. Any prescription treatment available through everydaymeds.co.uk is supplied only following an online consultation and clinical review by a UK registered prescriber, and only where the prescriber considers it clinically appropriate. The voucher does not entitle the winner to any prescription medicine, does not influence any clinical decision, and cannot be used to obtain a treatment that has not been prescribed. Where a consultation results in treatment not being prescribed, the voucher balance is unaffected and remains available for other eligible purchases.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

8. Publicity

  1. In line with the UK Advertising Codes, the Promoter will make the surname and county of the winner available on request to anyone who writes to the Promoter within 3 months of the Closing Date.
  2. If you are the winner and object to your surname and county being disclosed, please tell the Promoter when you accept the prize. The Promoter will still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  3. Any further publicity involving the winner will only take place with the winner's prior written consent.

9. Your personal data

  1. The Promoter will use the personal data you provide to administer the Prize Draw, including contacting the winner and issuing the prize. This processing is necessary to enter into and perform the Prize Draw contract with you.
  2. Your email address will only be used to send you marketing communications if you have separately opted in to receive them. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  3. Personal data relating to the Prize Draw will be kept for no longer than 12 months after the Closing Date, unless a longer period is required by law or for the resolution of a dispute.
  4. Further information about how the Promoter handles personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. OVIO Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZB897471.

10. General

  1. By entering the Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a way that is fraudulent or brings the Promoter into disrepute.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where this becomes necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any changes will be published on this page.
  4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  5. The Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Trustpilot, Google or any other third party review platform.
  6. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
