In this guide

01 · Price

What tirzepatide costs at EverydayMeds

Our Mounjaro pen costs £169.99 per month at 2.5mg, £218.99 at 5mg, £279.99 at 7.5mg, £290.99 at 10mg, £319.99 at 12.5mg and £329.99 at 15mg. Each pen is a four-week supply, and all six doses are in stock. These are standard prices, which is what a repeat order costs before the reorder discount.

New customers save £40 on their first order, at any dose, with code FIRST40. That includes people switching to us from another provider at a higher dose. Your first 2.5mg pen therefore costs £129.99 (standard price £169.99). Switching at 15mg? Your first order is £289.99. After that, an automatic £25 reorder discount applies to every future order (code DOSE25). You can see how the offers work on our Mounjaro discount code guide.

Consultation is free, and the price shown is the price paid, with no hidden fees. Payment is taken when you place the order, as usual, and a GPhC-registered prescriber then reviews it. If your order is unsuitable, it is refunded automatically. There is no subscription: repeat orders re-check your suitability and nothing ships automatically.

02 · Comparing providers

How to compare Future Health's tirzepatide cost with ours

Across the UK pharmacies we track, the cheapest and dearest Mounjaro pen at any dose cost £143.96 and £339.00 (checked 10 October 2026). For the 2.5mg starting pen alone, the range is £143.96 to £179.99. For the same dose, the gap between providers runs from £27 to £41. Boots' dose prices run from £179.00 to £339.00. That spread is why a comparison needs the same dose on both sides.

When you line up any provider against another, ask these questions:

  • Is the price per pen or per month? A pen lasts four weeks. Make sure you compare like with like.
  • Is the dose you will take priced the same as the starter? A low starting price can be followed by higher prices at 7.5mg and above.
  • Is there a membership, consultation or delivery fee? Ours is free to consult and delivery is free next-day tracked.
  • Is the first-order price a one-off? Check what the second and third months cost.
  • Is it genuine Mounjaro? Ask where the stock comes from and check the pharmacy on the GPhC register.

Other providers' cost pages we've looked at include Trava Health's tirzepatide pricing, Nuform Health's costs, Orderly's costs and Ivyrx's costs, if you are building a shortlist.

03 · Planning

Three months and a full year

If you step up after 4 weeks on each dose, three months of tirzepatide is three pens, the 2.5mg, 5mg and 7.5mg pens: £169.99, £218.99 and £279.99 at standard prices. Your first order is £40 less and each later order £25 less.

Planning periodWhat it coversStandard-price cost
First year (13 pens), settle at 5mg52 weeks including titration£2,711.88
First year (13 pens), settle at 15mg52 weeks including titration£3,599.88
Settle at 7.5mg, 10mg or 12.5mgMonthly maintenance pen£279.99, £290.99 or £319.99 per month

These totals are before discounts. The cost you pay depends on the dose you reach, which your prescriber decides with you at each review. The average monthly cost therefore changes as you move up the dose ladder; it is not a single number.

04 · Price rises and the future

What will Mounjaro prices be in the future?

No one can promise future prices, but the direction of the last big change is documented. Eli Lilly announced a UK list-price increase for Mounjaro on 14 August 2025, effective 1 September 2025.

Pharmacy sell prices differ from list prices because of confidential discounts, which is why the same pen can cost different amounts at different providers. The date shown beside our prices (10 October 2026) is when we last checked them.

If you are curious about where the wider class of treatments is heading, including newer products, read our overview of the future of GLP-1 drugs. For planning, the practical advice is simple: pick a provider whose pricing is clear at every dose, and ask what changes after the first order.

05 · NHS versus private cost

NHS versus private: the honest picture

Mounjaro is available on the NHS, but access is being phased in over several years. NICE recommends it for adults with a BMI of at least 35 plus at least one weight-related condition, and the NHS primary-care rollout began in June 2025 with the highest-need groups first, initially BMI 40+ with four or more qualifying conditions. Full rollout is expected to take years, which is why many people who meet the licensed criteria choose regulated private treatment rather than waiting.46

Where someone does receive it on the NHS in England, the patient pays the standard prescription charge of £9.90 per item unless exempt.

Private treatment is the route if you don't yet qualify for NHS access or can't wait for it. Whichever route you take, treatment is prescription-only and begins with a clinical assessment. The question is cost and timing, not whether the medicine is genuine.

06 · Ways to lower the cost

What is the cheapest safe way to get tirzepatide?

The lowest-cost safe route is a regulated pharmacy with transparent pricing at the dose you need, plus any genuine new-customer and reorder discounts. Compare total monthly cost at your dose.

Practical ways to keep costs down without compromising safety:

  • Use first-order and reorder discounts.
  • Use pay-monthly options such as Klarna if spreading the cost helps. We offer these with no subscription lock-in.
  • Don't pay for services you can't see priced: ask about consultation, delivery and review fees before you commit.

07 · Avoiding fake pens

Cheap is not worth a fake pen

The MHRA has seized thousands of fake weight-loss pens in the UK and has issued alerts after falsified Mounjaro pens were identified. Fake pens have caused hospitalisations, and some contained insulin rather than tirzepatide.7

Only buy from a pharmacy you can verify on the GPhC register, never from social media, beauty salons or unverified websites. Genuine treatment always involves a prescription and a clinical consultation. This also applies to marketplaces: a listing that offers to supply without a consultation or prescription is not a legitimate route, however low the price.12

We are GPhC-registered (9012878) and our Mounjaro comes through official LillyDirect supply, direct from Eli Lilly's UK distribution. We do not supply compounded or unlicensed products; every pen is a genuine KwikPen.

08 · Checking your pen

How to check a pen is genuine and still good

A genuine UK Mounjaro pen comes from a registered pharmacy with a batch number and expiry date, arrives cold-chain packaged, and the solution inside is clear and colourless.

Do not use a pen that has been frozen, looks cloudy or discoloured, has particles in it, is past its expiry, has been above 30°C, or has been out of the fridge for more than 30 days in use. If supply or packaging ever seems wrong, check the pharmacy on the GPhC register and contact the pharmacy before injecting.13

Every order from us ships in temperature-controlled, discreet packaging by free next-day tracked delivery, with needles, a sharps bin and injection guidance included. Same-day dispatch applies when you order by 3pm. Saturday delivery is £14.99.

09 · What you are paying for

What the price buys: eligibility and results

Mounjaro is licensed for weight management in adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or a BMI between 27 and 30 with at least one weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obstructive sleep apnoea, cardiovascular disease, prediabetes or type 2 diabetes. It must be used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. A prescriber assesses your BMI, medical history and current medicines before deciding whether it is suitable.1

In the SURMOUNT-1 trial of 2,539 adults, people taking tirzepatide alongside diet and exercise lost on average 15% of their body weight on 5mg, 19.5% on 10mg and 20.9% on 15mg over 72 weeks, compared with 3.1% with lifestyle changes alone. These are trial averages and individual results vary. For someone starting at 100 kg, 20.9% is about 21 kg.2

At 72 weeks, 85% of participants on 5mg, 89% on 10mg and 91% on 15mg had lost at least 5% of their body weight. Half of participants on 10mg and 57% on 15mg lost at least 20%. Trial averages do not predict your own result, so judge cost against a realistic course of treatment, not a headline figure.2

Mounjaro is a once-weekly pen that activates two gut-hormone receptors, GIP and GLP-1, helping regulate appetite and slow how quickly the stomach empties.1

10 · How ordering works

How ordering works, with no membership

You don't need a membership to get tirzepatide from us, and there is no subscription. The process has four steps:

  • Free online consultation. Complete a short health questionnaire. It's free and carries no obligation: start your free consultation.
  • Prescriber review. A GPhC-registered prescriber reviews your answers. Payment is taken when you place the order; if the prescriber decides the treatment is not suitable, the order is refunded automatically in full.
  • Dispensing and dispatch. Our registered pharmacy dispenses your pen, with same-day dispatch when ordered by 3pm.
  • Delivery. Free next-day tracked delivery in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging.

Afterwards, ongoing monthly reviews, dose titration and side-effect support are included. You can also track your journey in our free GLPTrackr app. See all weight loss treatments if you want to compare options before you decide.

Payment is by Visa or Mastercard, Klarna or pay-monthly options. Dispensed prescription medicines cannot be returned except if faulty, damaged or the wrong item; contact us within 3 days. Refunds take 5–10 working days. Support is available Monday–Friday 9am–5pm on 0333 207 0413 or support@everydaymeds.co.uk. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine, supplied only after an online consultation reviewed by a GPhC-registered prescriber. Individual results vary. This page is information, not a substitute for medical advice.

How ordering works

How ordering works at EverydayMeds

Three steps, with our pharmacy team alongside you.

  1. EverydayMeds online consultation on a mobile phone

    Step 1: Online consultation — 5–10 minutes

Complete a confidential health questionnaire covering BMI, medical history and current medication. No payment is taken until you're approved.

  2. A clinician ready to review an online consultation

Step 2: Prescriber review — usually same day

A UK registered prescriber checks your suitability against the licensed criteria (BMI ≥30, or ≥27 with a weight-related condition) and contraindications, and confirms your starting dose.

  3. An EverydayMeds delivery box

    Step 3: Next-day tracked delivery

Dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy in temperature-controlled packaging with needles and a sharps bin included. Orders approved by 3pm for next-day tracked delivery.

Start your free consultation

Prescription and dispatch follow clinical approval. Confirm current delivery options when ordering.

Afterwards you're not on your own: dose-change reviews are built in before each step up, our pharmacist team is available for side-effect questions, and repeat orders re-check suitability rather than auto-shipping.

Your questions, answered

Mounjaro price UK — frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about Mounjaro prices, NHS access and ongoing treatment.

Ask our pharmacy team
What is the cheapest way to get tirzepatide?
The cheapest safe way is a GPhC-registered pharmacy with clear pricing at your dose, plus genuine first-order and reorder discounts. Compare total monthly cost at the dose you will take, not just a starting price. Never buy from social media or unverified sellers, as fake pens have caused hospitalisations.
How much is 3 months of tirzepatide?
If you step up after 4 weeks on each dose, three months is three pens: the 2.5mg, 5mg and 7.5mg pens, priced at £169.99, £218.99 and £279.99 at our standard prices. A new customer's first order is £40 less, and each later order is £25 less. Your prescriber decides your actual dose path.
What is the average cost of tirzepatide per month?
There is no single average, because cost rises with dose. Across the UK pharmacies we track, one Mounjaro pen costs between £143.96 and £339.00 (checked 10 October 2026). Our own standard prices run from £169.99 at 2.5mg to £329.99 at 15mg per month.
What will Mounjaro prices be in 2026?
We can't predict future prices. Eli Lilly raised the UK list price of Mounjaro in September 2025; our current prices were checked 10 October 2026.
How much does tirzepatide cost the NHS?
Where someone receives Mounjaro on the NHS in England, the patient pays the standard prescription charge of £9.90 per item unless exempt. Access is being phased in over several years, with the highest-need groups first, so ask your GP about eligibility.
Which is cheaper, tirzepatide or Ozempic?
Ozempic is semaglutide licensed for type 2 diabetes — it is not a UK weight-loss medicine, and a regulated UK pharmacy will not supply Ozempic for weight loss. The licensed weight-management options are Mounjaro (tirzepatide) and Wegovy (semaglutide 2.4mg). Your first 2.5mg Mounjaro pen costs £129.99 with code FIRST40, and Wegovy's first pen is £99.99; both are first-order prices. Your prescriber can advise which suits you.
Can I get tirzepatide without a membership?
Yes, with us there is no membership and no subscription. You complete a free online consultation and pay when you place the order; a GPhC-registered prescriber reviews it, and if the treatment is not suitable the order is refunded automatically in full. Repeat orders re-check your suitability and nothing ships automatically. Ask any other provider whether fees apply before you pay.
Can I buy tirzepatide at Amazon pharmacy?
Whichever seller you consider, tirzepatide is prescription-only and must involve a clinical consultation. Check the pharmacy on the GPhC register before ordering, and avoid any listing offering to supply without a consultation or prescription. The MHRA has seized thousands of fake weight-loss pens in the UK.
Which provider offers the best compounded tirzepatide?
We don't supply compounded products: compounded copies have no safety data and no regulated supply chain. Our Mounjaro is genuine KwikPen stock through official LillyDirect supply. Whoever you consider, verify them on the GPhC register, and be wary of unverified websites or social media sellers, since fake pens have caused hospitalisations.
