Do you need to sign for Mounjaro?

It depends on who supplies it and how it is shipped, and there is no single UK rule. Some providers use tracked services with photo proof of delivery, others ask for a signature or hand-to-hand handover. Your dispatch message and tracking page tell you which applies to your parcel.

Why being in still matters

A pen left on a doorstep is not ideal even where no signature is needed. Mounjaro is stored in the fridge until first use, so a parcel sitting outside for hours is a worry.¹³ That is why our packaging is temperature-controlled. Start with the free online consultation, a short health questionnaire with no charge or obligation. Unsuitable orders are refunded automatically.

Our registered pharmacy then dispenses your order, with same-day dispatch when ordered by 3pm. Delivery is free and next-day, with Saturday delivery at £14.99. 04 · If you miss delivery

I missed my Mounjaro delivery: will it be okay?

Usually yes, if you act quickly. Use the tracking link to see where the parcel is, then rebook a delivery slot, redirect it or arrange for a neighbour or colleague to take it in. If you cannot reach it the same day, contact our support team on 0333 207 0413 or support@everydaymeds.co.uk, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

05 · Storing the pen

What to do when it arrives

Open the parcel and put the pen in the fridge until you start it. Unopened pens keep until the printed expiry date when stored in the fridge. Once in use, a UK KwikPen can be kept out of the fridge at a temperature not above 30°C for up to 30 days after first use, and must then be thrown away. Do not use a pen that has been above 30°C or has been frozen.¹¹³

Needles, a sharps bin and injection guidance come with every order. Mounjaro is prescription-only and used with a reduced-calorie diet and more physical activity. Individual results vary.

07 · Serious side effects

Serious side effects: when to get help straight away

Serious side effects are uncommon but need urgent attention. Seek immediate medical help for: severe, persistent stomach pain that may spread to your back, with or without vomiting (possible pancreatitis); pain in the upper right abdomen, fever or yellowing of skin/eyes (possible gallbladder problems); or signs of a severe allergic reaction such as swelling of the face or throat and difficulty breathing. If you take insulin or a sulfonylurea alongside Mounjaro, watch for low blood sugar (shakiness, sweating, confusion) — your prescriber may need to adjust those medicines.¹
