Yes, you can cancel a Mounjaro order before it has been dispensed, and a declined consultation is refunded automatically in full. 01 · Order stages
Can you cancel at each stage?
Yes at the early stages, and no once the pen is dispensed. Prescription-only, temperature-controlled medicine cannot be resold once it has left the pharmacy, which is why returns are not accepted.

02 · How to cancel
How to cancel your order
Contact support straight away, because timing decides the outcome. We are available Monday–Friday 9am–5pm by email at support@everydaymeds.co.uk, through account portal chat, or on 0333 207 0413. Orders placed by 3pm are dispatched the same day, so do not wait.
There are no subscriptions and no auto-shipping. Repeat orders re-check suitability, so nothing renews unless you order it. If you simply want to pause treatment, you can leave the next order until you are ready. See our guide to ordering Mounjaro early if timing is the issue.
03 · Why returns are refused
Why dispensed pens cannot be returned
A returned pen cannot be shown to have been stored correctly, so it cannot be safely supplied to anyone else. Mounjaro pens must be kept in a fridge at 2–8°C and never frozen.1 Genuine pens come from a registered pharmacy with a batch number and expiry date, arrive cold-chain packaged, and contain a clear, colourless solution.13

04 · Missed delivery
If you miss your delivery
If you miss your delivery, rearrange it as quickly as you can; pens are sent in temperature-controlled packaging with free next-day tracked delivery. Once you receive the pen, keep it in the fridge until first use.1 If an unopened pen has been out of the fridge, check with the pharmacy before using it rather than relying on a remembered day limit.
If you are close to your next dose, remember the missed dose rule: take a missed dose as soon as you can within 4 days (96 hours) of the scheduled time; after that, skip it and take the next on your usual day.
05 · Stopping treatment safely
Stopping Mounjaro rather than cancelling
If you want to stop treatment, tell your prescriber rather than adjusting doses yourself. Tirzepatide has a half-life of about five days, so it takes roughly 4–5 weeks to clear the system, and nothing needs doing while it does.1
