Pirinase Hayfever Nasal Spray – 120 Dose

• Do not use: more than 4 sprays in each nostril in a day for more than 3 months continuously without consulting your doctor If you have ever had a bad reaction to this spray or to any of its ingredients For children and adolescents under 18 years Check with your doctor before you use the spray: If you are pregnant, may be pregnant, or breast feeding If you've just had surgery or an injury to the nose, or ulcers in the nose If you have a cold or sinus infection or another infection around the nose If your symptoms have not improved after using the spray for 7 days Most other medicines are not a problem, but tell a pharmacist or doctor if you are taking: Other corticosteroid medicines - these may include some eczema creams, asthma inhalers, tablets, injections, nasal sprays, and eye or nose drops Ritonavir - an anti-HIV medicine Ketoconazole - used to treat fungal infections.

• Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children.

1. Use as little as you need to keep allergy symptoms under control.
2. Using the spray in the morning works best for most people.
3. The usual dose for adults aged 18 years and over, is 2 sprays into each nostril, once a day.
4. If your symptoms get better, try 1 spray into each nostril, once a day If your symptoms are especially bad, you may need 2 sprays into each nostril twice a day (morning and evening) until your symptoms improve.
5. Then go back to the usual dose.
6. Don't use more than 4 sprays into each nostril in a day.
7. You may not get benefit straight away.
8. It can take 3 or 4 days for the spray to have its full effect.
