Description
Anusol ointment anusol ointment offers soothing relief from the swelling, itch and irritation of internal and external piles (haemorrhoids) and other minor ano-rectal conditions such as anal itching and fissures.
It can be used post operatively following ano-rectal surgery.
Suitable for adults over the age of 18 years, including pregnant and breastfeeding women, anusol ointment has a mildly oily base which is particularly useful when your skin is sore and dry.
Aunsol cream contains: zinc oxide : an astringent which soothes and protects raw areas and helps reduce swelling.
It also acts as an antiseptic.
Balsam peru : a mild antiseptic that also has a protective action on sore areas and may help healing.
Bismuth salts : an astringent and antiseptic that also protects raw, irritated areas around the anal area.
