Almus Vapour Rub – 50 g

• For external use only. Do not swallow.
• Not suitable for children under 2 years of age.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, broken skin, or sensitive areas.
• Do not apply heat or use with plasters or bandages after application.
• Possible side effects include skin irritation or allergic reactions.
• If irritation or symptoms persist, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

• Adults and children over 2 years: Rub a small amount onto the chest, throat, and back up to 2–4 times daily.
• For steam inhalation: Add a teaspoon of vapour rub to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapours.
• Always supervise children during steam inhalation.
• Wash hands thoroughly after use.
