Almus Lactulose Oral Solution 500 ml

• Do not use if you are allergic to lactulose or any of the ingredients.
• Not suitable for use in cases of galactosaemia or intestinal obstruction.
• Consult your doctor before use if you are diabetic or taking medication for other conditions.
• Possible side effects include flatulence, stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhoea—usually mild and temporary.
• If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

• Adults: The usual starting dose is 15–45 ml daily, adjusted to 15–30 ml for maintenance.
• Children 7–14 years: 15 ml daily. Children 1–6 years: 5–10 ml daily. Infants under 1 year: up to 5 ml daily.
• May be taken once daily or divided into two doses. Can be mixed with water or juice if preferred.
• Effects may take 1–2 days to become noticeable.

Active Ingredient: Lactulose 3.1–3.7 g per 5 ml Other Ingredients: Purified water. May contain small amounts of lactose, galactose, and fructose.
