Each product page provides important information, including who the product is suitable for and any restrictions. For pharmacy medicines and prescription-only medicines, you will need to complete a health questionnaire that will be reviewed by our clinical team before supply is made. For general shop items, please follow the product instructions and speak to a pharmacist or healthcare professional if unsure.

Some products (such as prescription medicines) require review and approval by one of our Independent Prescribers before they can be supplied. Others (such as over-the-counter or retail products) do not require a prescription and can be purchased directly. The product page will clearly state which applies.

For medicines, our pharmacy team will check your order against your health questionnaire, medical history, and any medicines you may already be taking. For non-medicine items, our team will ensure the product is packaged and supplied safely and securely.

All orders are dispensed or packed in our UK-registered pharmacy and sent using secure, trackable delivery services. Items that require refrigeration or special handling (such as certain medicines) will be packaged using validated materials to keep them safe in transit.

If you experience side effects from a medicine, stop using it and contact us, your GP, or NHS 111 immediately. You can also report side effects via the MHRA Yellow Card scheme. For non-medicines, if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact our support team and we will resolve the issue in line with our returns policy.

Medicines cannot legally be returned once they leave the pharmacy, for safety reasons. Non-medicinal items (such as health and wellness products) may be eligible for return if unopened and in their original condition. Please check our returns policy for details.
