Once submitted, your health assessment is reviewed by qualified UK-licensed prescribers who specialise in weight management. They assess whether orlistat 120mg, Xenical 120mg, or Alli 60mg is appropriate for your individual circumstances. Orlistat may be suitable for adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or 28 or above with weight-related health conditions.
Choose Your Orlistat Option
We stock three orlistat options: generic orlistat 120mg capsules (£16.89 for 2 weeks, £15.20 with EDM10), branded Xenical 120mg (£21.50 for 2 weeks, £19.35 with EDM10), and Alli 60mg (£28.99 for 4 weeks, £26.09 with EDM10). All contain the same active ingredient that works by blocking approximately one third of dietary fat absorption when used alongside a reduced-calorie, lower-fat diet.
