Complete Orlistat Usage Guide - Ready to Order Today
How to Take Orlistat 120mg Correctly
Take one 120mg capsule three times daily with each main meal containing fat. Orlistat should be taken immediately before, during, or up to one hour after eating. If you skip a meal or eat a meal with no fat, you can skip that dose. Never exceed three capsules per day. This applies to both generic orlistat 120mg and branded Xenical 120mg - both contain identical active ingredients and work in exactly the same way.

Dietary Guidelines While Using Orlistat
Keep each meal to approximately 15g of fat to minimise gastrointestinal side effects. Spread your daily fat intake evenly across three main meals, ensuring no more than 30% of calories come from fat. Orlistat works by blocking approximately one third of dietary fat absorption - the lower your fat intake per meal, the fewer side effects you'll experience. Take a daily multivitamin at bedtime, at least 2 hours after your last orlistat dose.
