Directions adults and children over 6 years of age : insert into each nostril, holding other nostril closed and inhale deeply.

Can be used as frequently as needed.

For reasons of hygiene, we suggest that you do not use vicks vapoinhaler more than 28 days after first opening it.

Ingredients active ingredients : menthol 125mg, camphor 50mg, siberian pine needle oil 10mg.

Also contains : methyl salicylate.
