Description
Oilatum plus antiseptic bath emollient is specially formulated for treating eczema that is at risk of becoming infected in adults, children and babies over 6 months old.
It contains three active ingredients.
The first, light liquid paraffin, offers a layer of oil over the surface of the skin to lock in moisture and help prevent the skin from drying out.
The other two actives, benzalkonium chloride and triclosan, are both antibacterials which help to destroy bacteria on the skin which may infect and aggravate the eczema.
It is an effective skin cleanser and should not be used with soap.
Oilatum plus antiseptic bath emollient is free from perfume and colourings.
