Corsodyl 1% w/w Dental Gel - 50g

Corsodyl 1% w/w dental gel is an intensive treatment for the treatment and prevention of gum problems, such as red, swollen or bleeding gums, that helps target problem areas directly.

It is clinically proven to help put a stop to the first stage of gum disease, gingivitis (if left untreated this can progress to the irreversible second stage of gum disease, periodontitis, which can lead to tooth loss).

Corsodyl 1% w/w dental gel can also be used to maintain mouth hygiene, promote healing after dental surgery or treatment, control recurring mouth ulcers, manage denture sore mouth and recurring oral thrush and prevent cavities for those at high risk of tooth decay.

The active ingredient in corsodyl 1% w/w dental gel is chlorhexidine digluconate, an antibacterial agent that kills the bacteria that causes plaque within 30 seconds.

It also forms a protective layer over the teeth and gums to prevent plaque build up for up to 12 hours.
