When served with 200ml whole milk, each nutritionally balanced serving delivers 19g protein, 5g prebiotic fibre and 373-375kcal (dependent on flavour), along with added carbohydrate, fat, vitamins and minerals. AYMES Shake Fibre is made from a gluten free recipe, is designed for vegetarians and is available in strawberry, chocolate, banana, vanilla and neutral flavours.
