Description
A non-adherent barrier dressing containing silver for atraumatic wound treatment of chronic wounds such as ulcus cruris, diabetic leg ulcer and decubitus, and acute burns up to 2nd degree.
The soft, thin fabric made of polyamide fibres coated with elemental silver drape easily and ensures close contact with the wound base and the fabric's surface and the impregnation counteract adhesion to the wound.
The non-medicated, paraffin-free, triglyceride based impregnation protects the wound edges helping to prevent maceration.
