Allevyn gentle border 17.5x17.5cm (66800273) allevyn gentle border is a soft silicone adhesive dressing that has been specially formulated to minimise pain on removal for those with fragile or sensitive skin.

Allevyn gentle border : creates the optimal moist wound environment for fast wound healing.

Has a bacteria-proof, waterproof polyurethane film top layer which reduces the risk of infection.

Does not stick to the wound surface, minimising trauma to the wound and surrounding skin.

Is highly absorbent, for minimal mess and fewer dressing changes.

Is sealed and shaped to minimise the chance of the dressing being disturbed.

Suitable for moderate to highly exuding wounds.

Be left in place for up to seven days depending on wound exudate (the dressing should be changed when the exudate is within 0.5cm of the dressing border), therefore allevyn gentle border offers a cost effective solution for managing wounds.
